How do you find out additional information (such as IP addresses, etc) about people on your buddy list? There is this guy ClemTigerSC, who is on my buddy list but he won't tell me who he is. Anybody know of any way to get any additional information?

Send him a file.
While he is recieving that file, Go to Start -> Run -> Cmd
Type in netstat. It will show his IP address.
 
You can't get someone's IP unless they willingly give it to you.
Something about that whole privacy protection thing is good.
