The Antec SLK3000B is a very quiet case with excellent cooling. It will take two 120mm x 38mm Panaflos. I use the Zalman Fanmate 2 to tune the 120mm fans. My rig is inaudible at 2 feet. The side duct allows the rear 120mm fan to draw fresh air directly over my Zalman 7700Cu heatsink. My overclocked Sempron CPU (2.44GHz) idles at 30C and rarely hits 40C. The Zalman CPU fan doesn't come on until the CPU temp exceeds 40C.
i think in reality, you can make any case quiet based on the components you stick in it. The Sonata II is a pretty nice case with some quiet fans and psu, but you can do that with any case.
