Question about Antec SL300S power supply

I have a new antec case and it came with no documentation. Not a real problem but I do have a question about the power supply. It has a Blue-Black wire set that comes out of it with a standard 3 wire fan header on it. Where do I plug this in?
What the heck is it?

This power supply is equipped with an intelligent electronic circuit that senses the temperature of the power supply and regulates the speed of the fan. The speed of the power supply fan increases as temperature rises. The power supply is also equipped with a 3-pin fan signal connector. Connect it to one of the fan connectors on your motherboard.
