on the power supply that came with the antec aria there is a three pin plug (like the one for the cpu fun) coming off the power supply. It has two wires, blue and black. The plug itself is the same size as the cpu fan plug. Does this get plugged into the extra fan header on the motherboard? I didnt want to just plug it in without knowing what it is.
The fan in the power supply itself is pretty damn quiet. I cant really hear it.
Also, i am amazed at the cpu temp ... it was at 78f. This was with the case fully open. no drives in there and just sitting at the bios screen. I still would have expect the cpu to be hotter then that even with the case fully open. Then again the cpu is only running at 800mhz (mobile athlon 2400) so i guess maybe thats part of it.
