I was looking around and I found this animation, and I thought it would be cool to do something similar for a Digital Videos class I am taking. I was wondering if anyone might know which programs they used to do this. I emailed them but they haven't gotten back to me. The only way I can think of doing it is editing each frame with flash.

Someone has to know or have some suggestions. Anyone the name of a good plugin for photoshop that chops up movies frame by frame to allow you to edit them?
