question about an airline

Im looking to book a flight from NJ to KY in the beginning of July, and I came across an airline called Independence Airlines, their prices are about 50% less then other airlines like Continental.


Has anyone here had any experiences with this airline?

My mother just flew down here to ATL from PIT saturday, she didn't have any trouble with them. She flies back later today.

They have little CRJs and A319s...fine, safe airline, but in severe financial difficulty. They were formerly Atlantic Coast Airlines and flew as United Express.

If you're OK with the small planes they liked them.
