It would depend on how adjustable the air pressure was. You can always lower it by use of a valve but if it can't be raised high enough it might preclude the use of some tools. Could be good for air-brushing though.
Airbrush , fill a tire. You need decent cfm to run most automotive air tools. I have 5hp 20gal electric and it barely covers my needs. The 12.5hp 30gal. gas rig on my work truck kicks a$$!
