Um...does this depend on how much system memory you have or video memory you have? I have a TNT2 Ultra with 32MB and 256MB of system RAM. What should I set my AGP Apeture size to?

Adjust it accordingly to your video card. The voodoo series for example, don't use AGP Apeture. I'm not sure about the TNT2 tho'.

My TNT manual say to set it at 4mb or 3d acceleration may not work. My geoforce2 says to set it at 1/2 of the system ram.

Normally set to half your total ram, however with 256mb of ram you don`t really need it set to more then 64mb.Btw that`s what mine is set at with 256mb of main ram.

Does it even matter? I see no difference with 64, 128, or 256.

They say to set it to half your ram, but for some reason that gives some people trouble. I have never changed it, I just leave it at default which is 64.

I recall that when Matrox introduced their turbo gl for the G400, they recommended using 256Mb AGP aperture size!
