Question about adding memory to current dual channel setup

I currently have 2 x 512MB Geil PC4000 2.5-4-4-7 with my 2.8C Northwood.

Been using photoshop quite a bit lately and definitely need more memory.

I was thinking of buying 2 x 1024MB of OCZ PC3200 2-3-2-5 to add into remaining slots.

Would this be an ok configuration with regards to compatibility? Would it be more stable if I buy 2 x 1024MB PC3200 at the same cas 2.5 as my current memory (maybe 2.5-3-3-6 G. Skill?)

What happens if I overclock?

Should work fine. You'll have to run them all at the timings of the slower sticks. You'll also have to run at PC3200 speeds. But since your current memory is PC4000, at PC3200 speeds it might be able to run cas 2, it's rated at cas 2.5 for PC4000 speeds. Wouldn't hurt to try anyway.
