Question about activating Vista OEM by phone

I just installed Vista OEM Home Premium x64. I bought it used on these forums, I don't know if it has ever been activated, but I'm pretty sure it has not. Anyhow, I want to activate by phone but when I go into the activation, there is no option to call. The only choice it gives me is over the internet. Now if I do this (which it appears I have to) and later need to do it again, will the option for phone activation be there? What do I do? Thanks.

Hopefully not, or your license would not be valid, unless you got the computer it was activated on previously, and were installing on that particular computer. This is part of why OEM is cheaper than Retail, it's a one-shot deal instead of re-usable.

Unplug your network cable (or disable your wireless network, if using wireless) so Internet activation is impossible, then try to activate over the Internet, and it will probably give you the telephone option as your fall-back method.
