Question about a Visio network diagram

in the diagram, i see two locations that appears have a normal ip number followed by a forward slash, then another number. can someone clue me in on what the forward slash and other number afterwards means? an example would be like this:

network 65.2.16.128/27
gateway 65.2.16.129
broadcast 65.2.16.159/27
