Question about a start up process

Was looking at my startup processes and came across something called "NA" under 'startup item.
It's command line is just "NA"
it's location is "HKCU\softwart\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

Anyone have any idea what the heck this is and do I need it or not?

Tried to look it up via google etc but found nothing. Very strange.
