Before anyone asks, yes, I'm paying it, and no, this isn't a parody thread.
My question is this though, the state cop who pulled me over, said since my record was clean, instead of writing an actual speeding ticket, he cited me for some non-moving violation, which would not be any points on my license. does that mean it does not affect my insurance either? I've never had any other tickets or anything, so i am not sure exactly how all this works.
pretty much all i need to know.
thanks.
