Question about a mobo

My friend said he saw a mobo with 2 sd slots in the mobo to use as ram insted of ddr sticks can this be true and it also have 2 ddr slots. it had a p4 2.8ghz cpu . and it had a phenix bios... I have never seen one did any of you ppl seen one?
