Question about a locked computer

OS: Windows XP Pro x64 Edition

Quick question, when i lock the computer from the CTR-ALT-DEL menu, do the following things still occur:

[*]Power Saver (monitor goes off after 15 minutes)
[*]Scheduled tasks (Antivirus scheduled scans)
[*]SETI (boinc, does it autodetect the idle system and resume crunching/file transfers?)
