question about a domain name

so there is this website called nowhiring.com that runs a job website.. if they had the domain name nowhiring.at they could offer employers a free webpage for their business and job listing and host it like nowhiring.at/anandtech, which they could use to advertise their job listings... I know larger businesses probably have a dedicated page on thier .com site, but many small business could use this...

i own the domain, and im curious if I should just sell it to someone like nowhiring.com or try and launch a job site...
