Yellow pictures = appears flash is not working. If not using the flash, the camera will have to be adjusted to take proper low-light pictures. That's about the only way around yellowish pictures. Aside from the bad focus on those pictures, it's very unlikely that any type of photo editing software will perform any type of miracles on those pictures.

 
Looks like your white balance is not set properly. Check the manual for information on how to set the white balance to auto, or if that isn't working well for you, to 'incandescent' or 'flourorescent' or whatever light you are using...
 
Yeah, what Jon said. Your camera could have automatically adjusted if it hadn't been fooled by the outdoor light in the background.
 
Don't set your white balance to indoor, set it to tungsten lighting. There should be different settings, and yes, this can be corrected in photoshop... there are several ways.
