I haven't built a desktop in 4 or so years. I bought a ECS P965 mobo from someone in FS forum. but I see that it didnt have a bracket to install the fan onto. As I was about to curse the seller out for not telling me he removed it, I noticed on newegg that a few P965 Asus boards dont have the plastic mounting bracket for coolers.
Do the LGA775 coolers just bolt direct onto the mobos now-a-days? Thats the only thing I can think of and do the HSFs include all the required parts?
