question about a certain HSF

It doesn't have an LED, at least the ad doesn't mention any. The plastic is just a clear bluish color. Click on the picture itself for a bigger view.

BTW, newegg has an even better HSF for only $7. Look under Speeze 5F263B1M3G. This one has a metal framed fan on it.
. My OCd Duron stays at 20 degC or less... Check the user reviews.
