question about a cell phone that uses windows

i've had a treo 600 and loved the third party ability. do windows based phones have the same stuff out there?


deciding on to get a 650 or something windows based for my next phone.

Windows Mobile-based phones have a ton of 3rd party stuff. It's easy to find whatever you're looking for usually.

But since you're a Treo user, I would say stick with it and pick yourself up a Treo 700P. unless you're unfortunate enough to be on a GSM provider in the states (T-Mo/Cingular), in that case, just wait it out, a 700P will hit soon enough.
