Question about 3 monitors onto 1 computer

Hello, I am interested in connecting 3 monitors to my computer. I also like to play games once in a awhile so i didnt want a Matrox Parhelia. I was just wondering if there was any way to connect 3 monitors to my computer with a Geforce 6800 or similar video card and have them be able to do 3 different things at once. Any comments will be greatly appreciated...thank you
 
I think you'd be best served by getting a card like a 6800 or something and then getting a cheap pci card to do third monitor duty. If you're not doing any gaming on the 3rd (or 2nd for that matter) monitor, you don't need to get a really expensive card.
