Question: 12V Under-Voltage OK?

I am building my ASUS A8N-SLI Premium today with Enermax Liberty 500W. First boot was successful just a few minutes ago. Yay!

But the POST sequence is halting on a "Hardware Monitor" issues: 12V Voltage is being shown as 9.79V. Should I be worried? Is there a fix? Or should I "ignore" that monitor?
 
Second boot: Now it's running between 12.09V and 12.16V. Seems steady.

There are two nearly-identical 12V plugs for this PSU, one you're suppose to use, the other not. I may have plugged in the latter by mistake earlier.
