I am on a quest to try nearly every cheese I can find.
So here is my list so far of all the cheeses I have tried and liked, and the few I didnt like...
Someone recommend me some new cheeses to try. Especially the white creamy ones, I underlined my favorites thus far...

White: Mozerrella, Provolone, Brick, Munster, Monterey Jack, White american, PepperJack, White Chaddar(extra sharp)
Yellow: Yellow American, Cheddar(mild/sharp), Colby, Longhorn, Pepperoni Cheese
Marble: Colby Jack (Jackby), Port Wine,
Special: Blue, Cottage, Ricotta, Parmasean, Romano
Didnt Like: Swiss, Baby Swiss


Excluded from quest:
processed cheeses like cheeze wiz, cheeze in a spray can, cheese spreads & dips etc.

I don't care for Swiss either...has that sour spoiled milk taste :disgust:

Try some Brie. Here's a great way to try it:

- Get some Filo dough
- wrap a 8oz brick of brie with filo, back for 20 minutes or so (however long the directions say to make it)
- remove, cover with a high quality apple pie filling and cinnamon/sugar mixutre

Very exotic desert to impress the lady in your life :)

I think it's a bit runnier than you'll like it, sir.
MOUSEBENDER:

Oh yes, sir. It's staggeringly popular in this manor, squire.

It's our number-one best seller, sir.

All right. Okay. Have you got any, he asked expecting the answer no?
WENSLEYDALE:

WENSLEYDALE:
Finest in the district, sir.

Explain the logic underlying that conclusion, please.
WENSLEYDALE:
Well, it's so clean, sir.

It's certainly uncontaminated by cheese.
WENSLEYDALE:
You haven't asked me about Limberger, sir.
MOUSEBENDER:
Is it worth it?
WENSLEYDALE:
Could be.
MOUSEBENDER:
Have you- SHUT THAT BLOODY BOUZOUKI UP!
WENSLEYDALE:
(To dancers) Told you so.

Have you got any Limburger?
WENSLEYDALE:
No.
MOUSEBENDER:
That figures. Predictable really, I suppose. It was an act of purest optimism to have posed the question in the first place. Tell me:
WENSLEYDALE:
Yes, sir?
MOUSEBENDER:
Have you in fact got any cheese here at all?
WENSLEYDALE:
Yes, sir.
MOUSEBENDER:
Really?

(pause)
WENSLEYDALE:
No. Not really, sir.
MOUSEBENDER:
You haven't.
WENSLEYDALE:
No, sir, not a scrap. I was deliberately wasting your time, sir.
MOUSEBENDER:
Well, I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to shoot you.
WENSLEYDALE:
Right-O, sir.
MOUSEBENDER:
(Shoots him) What a senseless waste of human life.
