quesiton on warranty for 2 company's

warranty on FIC and TYAN...

i cant find any info on warranty... or do i have to go to resellers?? or can i go through them like ASUS?

Tyan should have something on their site.

Now FIC I e-mailed them I think? and they gave me a RMA number and I send the board and about 7-14 days later I got a new one back in brown box. Not a big fan of FIC but they dor have good CS the last tie I talked to them.
