There is CAS and RAS, and people often show this as 2-2-2, this means that the CAS is 2, the RAS is 2, and I have forgotten what the last acryonym is.
The lower the CAS or RAS, the faster it is, I rememver someone justifying it isnt a latency, but I have forgotten what it it was
