Ques About WIN2k Pro Dual Boot

I am planning on dual booting WIN2k Pro and WIN98. Which is the best way to go about this as far as order of installation, partitions and file systems, and versions of WIN9x??

win9x on c: and then w2k on any other partition - FAT32 for w2k if you want to read it from win98.
