I haven't gotten to Costco yet - tomorrow morning.
But looking for feedback on this model:

Queen Set, free delivery $539; 448 coils
plenty firm (laid on it), feels good (im 150lbs)

marketing mumbojumbo
3 Layer Quilt Package
Durable Designer Damask Cover
Teflon and stain resitant coating
1/2 inch insulator pads
1 inch Hard Polyurethane Topper pads
80lb compression for lumbar support
foreverEdge supports

Info Opinions appreciated!
I should mention I generally don't like foam mattresses! And the CostCo one would prob have to be delivered for @$100 extra.

Thx

Costco currently has a queen sized Sealy Posturpedic for $550 I think, minus ~$130 coupon (not sure what the dates are on the coupon).

That includes box spring, and they sell frames there too I think.

Here are the dates for that coupon and this is an AMAZING deal:

Valid Jan 23 - Feb 5, 2006
$115 off - Sealy Queen Mattress Set

If the OP needs this coupon, send me a PM with your name and mailing address and I'll mail it Monday. We bought our Sealy from CostCo 3 years ago this month (they're on sale every January) and it's been great. Best $339 we ever spent :)

If that bed could talk, I bet it would certainly have interesting stories to lament.

And not just ones about a guy in Oregon mumbling nearly incoherently about free after rebate deals in his sleep.

(I hope Susan isn't reading this)

Mattresses are a PITA to buy because they change the names of them at the different retailers to make it hard to comparison shop. The last one we bought we got from Dial-A-Mattress.

I need a price for a descent king myself. My GF is impossible to sleep with on anything smaller than a queen and I'd like the peace of mind of a king...

I ended up getting from a local Mattress chain. I checked costco and sam's but you can't really tell anything about them since they are placed vertical. Also, I don't have a vehicle capable of bringing home a King Sized mattress so I'd have to factor in renting a truck or something. So, I Shopped at a few other places and price wise they had a slightly better mattress then Costco (at the time) for slightly more but got delivery included. I think most mattress chains will negotiate price, unlikely to 'match' since most places carry a different model of the same mattress but you can get them to come down if you talk to them.

Good luck, remember you'll likely be sleeping on it every night for a long time so don't cheap out.

My sister-in-law bought a king set from the local Sam's Club and paid less than $500 for it.

Have to be able to lug it home yourself though... unless your Sam's delivers... the one we go to doesn't.

Yes but you'll pay for it, if you order from CostCo.com during the sale I believe delivery is around $99.

Home Depot rents trucks for $19.99 for 75 minutes.
