I remember turning 21 in San Juan, PR. I was doing sound for the opening act, Santa Esmeralda, and Celia Cruz and Her Fania All-Stars were the headliner. They were Muy Caliente and this white boy from Sacramento was shaking his ass with the rest of them. < sorry for the mental image... :disgust: 😀
They were very nice to us and I have been recommending them to anyone who says they like Salsa ever since then.
Rest in Peace , Gentle lady.
