Predator didn't have any weapons by that point, AND was carrying an alien inside it.

T1000 > all of them.

The Alien blood isn't molten metal, and likely won't hurt the T1000. Even if it could damage the T1000, the T1000 would still kill the Alien or Predator. None of the Predator's weapons will hurt the T1000 besides the small nuke, and that means the Predator dies, too.

it's between arnold and the T-X000 series. human arnold beat the predator, termi-arnold beat t1000 and TX, and the alien queen is too big/fat - she's a bullet/plasma magnet. the queen would get pwned very quickly by anyone who has a ranged weapon

Queens are huge and slow and the predator can just snipe it. Also this is not a large army of aliens to swarm and overpower.

Predator must simply choose to avoid melee.

And the t100 would produce heat as it had a power source and motors and all that.

the T1000 I have no idea as it seems like AI infused mercury...

The T1000 has to produce heat. I believe it was supposed to be a sludge of nanomachines, each one produces very little heat but together it's going to produce a fair amount of heat. I don't know how much, but assuming you're not already in a warm environment...

What makes you think that the badass plasma cannon won't hurt the T1000? A basic grenade launcher took out huge chunks and really messed him up each time it was used. The plasma cannon would conceivably fry the T1000's nanomachines if you just shot him enough.

Also, acid blood >> molten metal.
