quartz.dll what the heck is it and why is it corrupt??

the title says it all. whenever i pop i a dvd i get this message. i have a pioneer 16x slot, celeron 400@500, 128 mb ram, abit bm6, hercules geforce ddr-dvi, mx300 and using windvd 2.1.
can anybody help me??
 
Quartz.dll is part of Windows Media player. Reinstall Windows Media Player to replace the corrupted file.
