For several bond movies now they've been entirely forgettable and exceptionally blah. I cannot remember ANYTHING about the last one except the shot they kept showing pics of with him coming out of the ocean. I'd say this movie is download-worthy but nothing more.

Movies are weird, I thought Casino Royale was the best Bond movie I've seen.

IMO the chase scene in the beginning was awesome. That was, for me, the best part of the movie. Watching him get his nuts turned into pulp was just painful.

YES. Casino Royale was a GREAT movie in itself. I seriously cannot wait to watch this 2nd installment. I'm not going in with overly high expectations, but I do want to be entertained.

I'm 43 and I grew up on the Bond movies, and I really like the grittiness of Craig. He should have been their choice many movies ago. I know this is blasphemous, but I think he is the best Bond of all. The movies are a whole lot less campy a la Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan and very entertaining to boot. They definitely did well by choosing him.

I completely agree and the fact they finally decided to go for the darker, and grittier Bond will make all future films watchable. This is why I enjoyed Dalton's Bond a little more than Brosnan's.
