Quality Web Hosting Space

Just looking for opinions. I want to get about 1-2 GB of space, 25 GB+ monthly transfer. Either Windows or Linux.(Please give me pros and cons of either). Possibly running ASP but nothing more intelligent that that. What else do I need to consider?

Yup, you need windows if you want ASP support. Apache ASP for linux is way too buggy so most hosts won't run it. And I can't think of any windows hosts at the moment 🙁

ASP isn't deathly important to us, its mostly going to be a site that will house alot of content in the form of .pdfs etc. So if there is a big advantage to using Linux over Windows for this I would imagine we would go with Linux.

Linux advantage = cost

In general, you pay more for Windows hosting (as far as I have seen).

To second one of Rossman's suggestions, I use Enhancedhost.com, and they've been great for the past year. The control panel is easy to use, lots of support (that I've never tried), and great customer service.
