550 watts will be more than enough for the system he listed. 550w is probably overkill, so anything higher would be a waste of money.

Which SeaSonic, the 550 watt? You want 750 watt not 550 :/

All I find is this SeaSonic M12II 750 SS-750AM 750W but this is not worth $119 when the PSU I suggest was rated very well and did exceptionally, it will be just as good for much better price.

Look at the post right above yours. Was a special sale yesterday.

Efficiency is usually the best at 50 percent of the PSU's load.

You only see a real drop in efficiency at very low loads. Lower wattage units will have better idle efficiency because they'll stay closer to the 20% mark which is the lowest load used in approving 80 Plus certifications. The fact that efficiency is typically optimal at 50% load is not significant.
