My roommate lost his PSU recently and is looking for a replacement in the >=400 watt range. He is looking to spend $60 or less. i know that you guys usually recommend those by seasonic, antec, ocz, etc... but can I have some suggestions on specific models and their approximate prices?
Thanks folks.

at that price its the x-clio450 or 400 even. newegg has them.

edit--thats not really a psu for oc'ing though, depending on what he's running.

Fortron 400w 12cm adjustable fan $65 (very reliable PSU, have 2 of em)

Another Fortron 400w $70

OCZ modstream 450w $75 (monarch, free shipping, EXCELLENT psu)

Seasonic 400w $75

A little out of the budget, I know, but for a few bucks more he can get quality stuff. Cheers.

Fortron source blue storm 400 (Link). I had the Blue storm 500 and it was amazing. I had a highly OCed AMD 64 rig with a 6800 Ultra and a couple of raptors. Powered it all and never hicuped at all.
