Quality of TV-Out

I have never really done a lot with TV-Out, whats the quality like? I have an Elsa Gladiac VIVO and will be looking to hook it up to my tv soon.

Is it fairly decent with the Geforce 2mx, what sort quality would dvd's look going onto a standard 20" screen, flickery or low res at all? watchable?

I watch DVD's on my 27" TV with the TV-out of the Radeon, very nice quality actually and no, not "flickery or low res at all?" as you put it. Not as sharp as a stand alone player..but certainly nice enough to keep me from getting one. Hopefully the AIW R200 will feature component video-out, and I won't have to get one when I pick up my XBR this fall.

Don't know about the Elsa Gladiac VIVO though, but its easy to hook it up and see for yourself.

Good as watching regular TV? Are you using composite or s-video? Anyone else have comments?
