Quality of Seagate's External Freeagent HD

Office Depot is offering the 500GB Seagate Freeagent external harddrive for $100. That is $70 off the regular price.

The thing is I don't know the qualtiy of these external harddrives.

Anyone have one and are there any issues with such a large capacity?

Not sure but I've heard from other they are good. I bought the 500GB version myself but it has usb and esata. I think it's on sale now @ BB for ~139 and you can possibly get a 10% or 12% coupon.

I have one - a pro - and like it a lot. Nice device and pro comes with fine software.
