What kind of features are you looking for? high quality photo printing?

I used to be an HP guy, but I recently switched to Canon (got a S750 from Staples for $70) and very satisfied. Good photo printing and unlike the HP cartridges, you don't have to take out a loan when it comes to purchase new ink kits. :)

I love my new Canon i860. Much better quality than my old Epson 777. Its VERY fast at printing text. It barely sips the ink and when it does need replacing, its very cheap. I would definitley look into Canon's line.

At the moment, Canon's "i" series printers are the only sensible way to go. Very high quality output along w/ inexpensive cartridges (& a replaceable head) just can't be beat. Other mfgs. just do not have anything that can compete w/ Canon's i series printers right now. Get the i series printer that meets your budget.

Canon i560 $99 4 cartridges (basically the i850 print engine)
Canon i860 $149 5 cartridges 2 blacks and a permenent 4x6 tray for photo paper.
Canon i950 about $215 6 cartridges...the i960 must be coming soon.

You can't go wrong with either of these. they a simply the best inkjet photo printers out there, quality and cost of use....
