Quality cases and power supply?

Building a PC for grandma. Here's what I have so far:

CPU: Celeron 2.4Ghz $85.89
Motherboard: Abit IS7-M $93.97
Memory: Crucial PC3200, 256MB x2 $112.56
Hard Drive: Western Digital 40GB 7200RPM $67.00
Total: $359.42

She has all the other system components.

The only thing left is the Case and Power Supply. Looking for suggestions on a QUALITY case and power supply, under $60 total price.

Need to keep grand total under $400.00 MAX.
