quality and cas of memory?

was looking up the spec sheets on my memory, it's a 256mb pc133 dimm. wasn't quite sure if it was cas 2 or 3, the spec sheets say the CAS access time is 22.5ns, and also lists the refresh, and RAS cycle and refresh times. does anyone know what that means in regard to cas latency, i don't quite know the formula 😉
 
i've been running cas 2 for a while and the system's gone for a while full load without it dying, seems pretty good to me. the frame rate is neglible though
