Quake3 + Voodoo2 12mb + XP pro

I just built a new pc out of old new parts, running xp pro on and tring to get quake3 t orun on my old voodoo2 12mb till i get my new card.

I've tried some 3rd party driver sites for "wraps" but nothing seems to work.


Any advice is appreciated.
 
Um, if you're main video card is anything better than a GeForce or Radeon, just throw away the Voodoo card.

Unless you plan on playing the original Tribes that is...
 
hmm ya ok

i have an old primary display card and using the voodoo2 pci as my 3d for now and dont have a choice at the moment.

i'll keep looking around.
 
Hmm, I guess they aren't around anymore. I have a copy of the Wicked3D driver. If you want it, send me a PM and I'll email it to you (1.8 Meg).
 
the wickedGL drivers are... well, wicked... i used em on my voodoo3 a while back.. wow... yea makes the card run like a GF2, practically... games like HL and such are a breeze. Highly reccomend using them
