Quake III + rc5 bug

Just in case this already hasn't been mentioned, there is a slight error when playing quake III and running rc5. If you're a quake III addict (as I am), you'd assume that you'd eventually need to buy a new keyboard because of it, right? Well, I thought this was the case because when I played quake III, I would start floating either forward, backwards, to the left or to the right (these movment keys are often pushed down as hard as I can manage hehe). I couldn't find out what the problem was and I assumed that my kb was dying so I went out and bought a new one but the problem wasn't fixed. Then I tried playing quake III without runnin the rc5 client and it worked fine 🙁

Selecting "pause" works fine though. If you're getting similar sounding errors in quake III or anything similar, don't buy a new Keyboard 🙂 hehe.

That's funny. I play Q3 with my client running, 2 proxies running, 2 IE windows open, webserver, firewall, antivirus, MBM5, MIRC and didn't experience any problems at all.

The only problem i experienced was when my PPSTATS started running when the hour passed. Both RC5 and OGR stats. Now, Q3 became an extremely interesting experience then, for both me and Two-Face. hehe

TF had a great time then....

That's interesting. Sometimes my cursor moves a little in Win2k without the mouse being moved. I can't see how that can be related to the Dnet client though.
