Quake 4?

So when is Quake 4 coming out? is it for the PC only?

I remember seeing a pre-order ad i think on bestbuys sunday specials.

I haven't touched a video game since Doom3.
I will be again once Serious Sam 2 and Quake 4 come out.

im waiting for so many new games. FEAR, Quake 4, UT07, gonna be buying all of them, and all of the fps that come out inbetween. I <3 fps.

quakecon had q4 MP availible to play. everyone said it rocked.

i heard i was exactly q3 on the d3 engine.(minus the shadows)

There are videos out from Quakecon and it looks like Q3 using the Doom3 engine. It looked pretty cool. I hope they have a mp test again like they did with Q3 but id doesn't seem to care about demos so much anymore. 🙁

How is that good? Played exactly like Q3, and this is a good thing?!?! No wonder the FPS king has been in the hands of Epic since the release of Unreal Tournament

I personally want the fast action multiplayer associated with Quake in this game. I don't want a doom style deathmatch.
