Quake 4 won't install

Every time I try to install my Quake 4 DVD, I am given an error message telling me access is denied. My specs are in the sig, and I hope this is the right forum.

This is NOT a pirate disk, and as far as I know I'm logged on as an admin. I only created the one account when I installed Vista.
