Quake 4 - Widescreen Resolutions?

I see there is a widescreen option in the settings, but 1680x1050 isnt an option. Whats going on here?

Search for Doom 3 console instructions on how to do it and enter the same thing in Quake 4, it should be fine.
something like

r_customwidth 1680
r_customheight 1050
r_mode -1
r_aspectratio ?
vid_restart

C:\Program Files\id Software\Quake 4\q4base\Quake4Config.cfg

with these values:

seta r_customHeight "1050"
seta r_customWidth "1680"
seta r_fullscreen "1"
seta r_mode "-1"
seta r_aspectRatio "2"
