quake 4 save game quirk

my comp stutters whenever quake saves(whether its me manually or the game autosave)

would this be a hard drive issue ?

A lot of games pause briefly when saving or loading.

Yeah, it's saving data to your hard drive. It's not really a big deal.

😱 ok i am just a gaming noob with his 1st high end card and i never notice this in other games before
