Quake 4 1.4 Beta Patch

For any of you who have tried Quake 4 once, and hated it, it's time to try again. A new patch has been released today, that combined with the previous 1.3 patch has dramatically changed the physics, hitboxes and weapon damage. Many sound and netcode fixes/features have been added as well as a much higher FPS cap. I encourage you to give it a try if you hated it before.

Cool I will install Quake 4 and try it. But anyone knows if Quake 4 run well on Vista 32-bit?

i loved q4 and q4max until the 1.3 update
once i installed 1.3, i was unable to connect to servers online
and the planetquake forums weren't of any real help
:/
hopefully 1.4 live will fix it
until then, its warsow for me

1.3 came out first as a "beta" and if you had that one, you could only connect to "beta" servers, not any of the regular ones.

I cant seem to get a valid 1.4 download, gamershell and id's download refused to extract (latest 7-zip, even tried windows built in extractor)
