yeah, i had gotten excited. anyway, hopefully there is some benefit. If any of you have tested it I'd love to see numbers.

I think that review was wrong/incorrect. Others(Users) have been reporting dramatic improvements on X2s.

where? i tried multiple systems, and believe it or not I've been testing quake since 96. it is quite possible due to the hardware configuration/drivers. calling it wrong or incorrect without any basis for that is incorrect. did you even read it or did you just look at the graph?

Users at Rage3D are reporting 20ish% improvements on their own X2 systems. I'll have to figure out how to do a timedemo in Q4 and try it myself I guess to know for sure.

it might be that the unreleased nvidia drivers i'm using are causing a problem, but they are ones with dual core support.

I tested EQ2 since 92 and I've been testing DNF since 84.

At ATI's request we are doing tests of the 5.12 with many games. The flu bug has hit, and slowed us down considerably.
