my refresh rate for my monitor is staying at 60Hz...i set it through windows to be at 85 but that doesnt seem to stay for quake 3....in unreal tournament my refresh rate is around 90....is there a fix for this or what? it kinda strains my eyes playing at a low rate so is there anyone that can help??
