Quake 3 FPS (how do I show it, if possible?

I've just got Quake 3, was cheap, been using UT since forever. Is there a way to show the FPS during play (like UT's stat fps or timedemo statistics), because I would like to see what sort of numbers I'm getting.

If anyone knows the commands I'd be greatful. Don't say FRAPS though, I used it with UT and it gave different numbers to the in game fps counter, and I trust the engines own thing more.

correct, /cg_drawfps 1 = on /cg_drawfps 0 = off . I leave this on all the time. And Console List is here.

cg_bobpitch 0 set amount player view bobs forward/back while moving

cg_bobroll 0 set amount player view rolls side to side while moving

cg_bobup 0 set amount player view bobs up/down while moving
