is it possible to get just the quake 3 benchmark?

There are several popular scripted preset timedemos for the Quake3 game, but they all require the game.

Besides, even a fourth-rate gf4mx 200, or intel exteremely-bad onboard graphics can get decent framerates in Q3, it's pointless now as a benchmark.

have you seen the benchmarks that apple claims to have? they say an alienware althon fx with 9800 pro only gets like 298 fps in demo 4, i just wanted to make sure my athlon 64 3000 with 9800 pro was faster than that

Why bother? Just laugh and think about the thousands of PC games that a Mac owner will never get to play
